Readers of Iltalehti want to have a meal on their May Day table. Up to 30 percent of those who responded to Iltalehti’s survey voted to be the best May Day treat.
The second highest number of votes was the Munkkirinkilä, named the best May Day treat 26 % of the respondents. The monk ball, on the other hand, was voted for the best May Day treat 11 % of the respondents, so when both monks are taken into account, the readers’ first favorite monk is.
Next, the most votes were received by the naps, which were voted for the best of 11 percent. Drips and potato salad each received 7 % of the vote and herring 4 %.
