In honor of Vapu, sparkling wine bottles pop open both on picnics and at the barbecue party. However, the pop -up bottle should not even be heard. Namely, a properly opened sparkling wine bottle at its best lets only a subdued yard.
It is easiest to open a bottle of sparkling wine when the bottle is properly cooled. So be sure to put the bottle in time, 2-3 hours before serving in the refrigerator. Also, be careful not to jerk the bottle on the way home from your shopping trip.
This is how you open a bottle of sparkling wine
1. Always head the mouth of the bottle away from the face of others to prevent damage.
2. Remove the foil paper and metal wire to protect the cap.
3. If you are right handed, take the bottom of the bottle in the right hand and tilt the bottle upwards at about 45 degrees. Allow the cork part to lean on your left hand on the palm of your left hand.
4. Rotate the bottle with the right hand from the bottom. Brake the slowly loose cap with the same left hand.
5. If everything goes correctly, only a subdued yard at the mouth of the bottle is heard when the cap is removed. If the bottle has a pop, the pressure of the bottle will be released and the drink is easily overpowering.
6. Pour little wine into sparkling wine glasses first. Once the pollution has fallen, fill more glasses even more. Do not fill the glasses up to the surface. A bottle of sparkling wine is enough for about 6-7 glasses.
