Women often find it more difficult than men to work full-time until they retire. This is the conclusion of a study by the Christelijke Mutualiteit on the well-being of the over-55s. Luc Van Gorp, chairman of CM, denounces the lack of attention for the big difference. “If men had to go through the menopause, the retirement age was 50,” said CM chairman Luc Van Gorp.
