Shortly before the last game of the year there is coaching speculation at Hamburger SV. According to “Sky”, the second division team has held discussions with coaches Friedhelm Funkel and Andre Breitenreiter. “With the latter, more are to follow,” reported the pay-TV broadcaster. The Hamburg team should also look into other coaching candidates. HSV coach Tim Walter has recently come under increasing criticism.

(…) I’ve been there for two and a half years now and know what storm means in Hamburg.” The 48-year-old has an average of 1.82 points from 98 games, which is the best value for a HSV coach in the 2nd division.
