A woman rammed a house on the Waalstraat in Den Bosch around a quarter to seven on Monday evening. As far as we know, no one was injured. The house was considerably damage.
The police and fire brigade were alerted after the collision and were quickly present on Waalstraat. A wall and a window of the house have been badly damaged.
The police have taken the driver, in their own words because she is very shocked by the accident.
It is not clear why the driver got off the road. Local residents say that they saw the woman coming on and that then suddenly sounded a blow when the car bumped into the house.
The residents were not at home when the accident happened. Shortly after the accident they came home. On Sunday evening it will be investigated whether the house is still habitable. The municipality will look at whether a temporary shelter for the coming night can be arranged.
