Amsterdam – Home buyers paid almost 11% more for a home in the second quarter than a year ago, real estate association NVM reported on Thursday. At the same time, considerably more homes were put up for sale than last year. But the housing shortage and the failing construction policy keep prices going, say the real estate agents.
