The baseball players of HCAW have won the third game in the play-offs of Amsterdam. In the capital, it became 4-2 for the Bussum-squad, giving them a 2-1 lead in the best-of-five series.
Until the eighth inning, HCAW trailed 2-0, but in that inning, Danny Rombley’s team tied the score. In extra time, HCAW decided the game by batting in two runs to make it 4-2. On Saturday, the fourth game between HCAW and Amsterdam is scheduled.
Rotterdam-based Neptunus managed to qualify for the Holland Series today at the expense of Twins. The third game was also won by the Rotterdam-squad. In the Family Stadium it was 10-3.
