The intention is that the train will commit five times between station ‘Saendam’ and Uitgeest station. 350 people can take it at a time.
Search through the city
The train ride is a brand new addition to the Tour, which was organized for the first time last year. During the Tour, which for legal reasons not to the wizard himself Is named, participants go through the center of Zaandam on a treasure hunt. Along the way they visit several locations, where they collect information by picking up stamps, resolving riddles and cracking codes.
All participating locations get a real Harry Potter-make-over. During the previous edition, for example, visitors were in the large dining room of Hogwarts, reconstructed in the Bullekerk. Also this year this church is one of the eye -catchers of the Tour.
