He has done a long life’s work in hockey Hilarious Sulin90, has died.
Sulin’s company was HPK, which reported the sad news on Wednesday. In the club, the pioneer of the sport played and coached, and worked as a coaching manager and coach trainer.
Sulini’s coaching history includes a 13-year period in Finland’s national teams for different age groups. The biggest success from that time was the 1983 European Championship silver for the 18-year-old national team.
Sulin has been named the Finnish Ice Hockey Lion with the number 150. The man known as HPK’s “ice hockey professor” also received recognition in the form of the Finnish Ice Hockey Federation and HPK’s golden badge of merit.
Sulini’s memory will be honored at Rinkelinmäki on Friday, when HPK meets TPS.
