Alongside themes already announced, such as the Volvo Club Italia’s focus on the Volvo 850 and the Pro Spino Association on the history of the Lo Spino hill climb, the show introduces numerous insights in this twenty-eighth edition that broaden the narrative and make it even more dynamic. Starting with the theme proposed by the Il Saracino Vintage Motorcycle Club, which will bring a selection of sports cars gathered under the title “Full Fire”: a declaration of love for speed and motoring that has trained generations of enthusiasts. In the F1 Gallery dedicated to the original and rarest memorabilia of the Formula 1components of historic single-seaters and memories of races and drivers will tell the public about the atmosphere of the garages and the great challenges of the top category. Scuderia Chimera will exhibit a collection of racing cars from the Seventies and Eighties, while for fans of extreme performance, Rse Italia will set up an area with the most popular super sports cars and a space dedicated to track and rally driving simulators. Arezzo Classic Motors will also be a precious opportunity to retrace the history of Fiat 500just as the world of two wheels will have a central role thanks to the presence of historic motorbikes from the most important international brands, with the eagerly awaited setting up of the Vespa Club Arezzo, which will celebrate its 30th anniversary with an exhibition dedicated to the myth of Wasp. On the occasion of the event, the Arretivm Free Chapter Harley-Davidson will be present with a stand dedicated to travel and motorcycling culture and, as per tradition, the State Police will bring cars from yesterday and today, offering a look at safety and technology at the service of the community.

CLUB VOLVO ITALIA ASD

On the occasion of the twenty-eighth edition of Arezzo Classic Motors, the Club Volvo Italia tells the story of Volvo 850a car that between the years 1991 and 1997 contributed to a true revolution in the Volvo world, with technological and safety introductions still relevant today, 5-cylinder petrol and diesel engine, side impact protection systems, whiplash protection, and front-adjustable seat belts. Its unmistakable line is considered one of the most significant in the history of the brand, produced in both sedan and station versions, and destined to leave a fundamental mark in the world of racing: the station wagon version, in fact, was used in the British Touring Car Championship, consolidating its image as a “family racing car”. The Tuscan event also becomes an important moment to retrace the stages of the collaboration with Porsche, thanks to which the Volvo 850 T5-R and the 850R were born: models with great emotional impact due to their performance combined with a sober appearance, so much so that they earned the reputation of “sleeper” – cars with an ordinary appearance but with surprising performance – making them enter the hearts of enthusiasts and sportsmen. Arezzo Classic Motors promotes families and accessibility with free entry for children under 12 and for people with disabilities.
