National coach nominates lovers for the EM

The European Spring Riding Championships will start in Spain in around two weeks. For the first time, a couple will compete together for Germany.
A premiere in the German contingent provides attention before the Springreit European Championship in Spanish A Coruña: national coach Otto Becker appoints both Sophie Hinner’s and Richard Vogel to the team for the tournament. The two are a couple of lovers and take part in a championship for the first time.
Hinner’s and bird have been a couple for years. Together they also operate a tournament and trading stable in Pfungstadt.
The 28-year-old bird, who was part of the Olympic team last year, is launching “United Touch” at the European Championship with the horse. It is the first championship for the 27-year-old Hinners-she was nominated with “My Prins”.
The German EM quartet complete Marcus Ehning (Borken) with “Coolio” and single Olympic champion Christian Kukuk (Riesenbeck) with “Just Be Gentle”. Hans-Dieter Dreher (Eimeldingen) and “Elysium” were named as the replacement couple.
