Highest of the country! The construction of the new Van der Valk Hotel in Zoetermeer has started

Hey, huh! The construction of the new Van der Valk Hotel on the Zilverstraat in Zoetermeer has finally started. Already in 2017 the building plans were ready, eight years later the construction of the new hotel really starts. In over two years, Van der Valk will exclusively receive the first guests for the 192 hotel rooms, the two restaurants, the casino and the luxury wellness.

With the construction of the hotel, Zoetermeer has a scoop: with over 74 meters it will be the highest Van der Valk Hotel. Zoetermeer displays Valk Exclusive Hotel Utrecht from his first place.

Celebrate

Van der Valk Exlusive Builds the new hotel for both business travelers and recreational guests. There will be 169 rooms, 23 spacious suites, fifteen halls, a bar and 430 parking spaces. Do you want to celebrate a birthday party or go out for dinner together? Then you are welcome in one of the two restaurants where there is room for 450 guests. When the weather is nice, take a seat on the outside terrace.

Sweating and relaxing

On the second floor there will be a luxury wellness with a heated pool of eighteen meters long, five saunas and space for massages and beauty treatments. Active hotel guests can exercise in the gym for an hour in between. The adjacent Jack’s Casino moves to the basement of the hotel. This means that the casino at Zilverstraat 13 disappears.

Van der Valk Exlusive Hotel Zoetermeer hopes to open its doors in the spring of 2028.
