VfL Gummersbach left the relegation zone of the Handball Bundesliga with its first away win of the season.
The traditional club won at TVB Stuttgart at the end of the sixth matchday with 31:29 (17:13). The Swabians remain in the bottom of the table with just one win.
Gummersbacher’s best thrower was newcomer Milos Vujovic with nine goals. Daniel Fernandez Jimenez scored seven goals for Stuttgart.
