The East Brabant traffic police had the pleasure of dealing with a stubborn driver of a van on Friday afternoon. The 28-year-old man was fined for the seventh time because he was holding his mobile phone.
The driver was pulled over for an inspection. He had little interest in that and decided not to cooperate.
After some resistance, the officers managed to arrest him. After the check it turned out that the man was under the influence of drugs.
