HJK winger Tuomas Ollila, 23, will transfer to the French club Paris FC, according to information received by Iltalehti. Ollila has been the subject of transfer rumors for a long time, and now the deal is finally coming to fruition.

Paris FC plays in France’s second tier, Ligue 2, and is ninth in the league.

The contract between Ollila and HJK would also have covered the 2024 season, so Paris FC will pay the Helsinki club a good transfer fee.

Known as a very attacking fullback, Ollila moved to HJK last season from Ilves in Tampere. The left-footed Ollila scored seven goals in the Veikkausliiga last season and provided three assists that led to goals.

HJK’s season started on Friday against IFK Mariehamn in the League Cup. Ollila was missing from the lineup.

Iltalehti reached Ollila’s agent Daniel Minovgidiswho only commented that Ollila has gone abroad for a medical check-up.

A year ago, Ollila also made it to the Finnish A national team. During the Huhkajie’s EC qualifying campaign, he was seen on the field in an away game against Denmark. In total, he has two senior international matches in his statistics.

The Transfermarkt website estimates the value of Paris FC’s team at 15.75 million euros. For comparison, HJK’s value is 5.5 million.
