Restaurateur and chef Hans Välimäki In its Instagram publication, says The Rook’s restaurant closes its doors.
– During the restaurant’s long summer vacation, we have been thinking about the future and decided to take a break for the time being. The decision is not accompanied by drama, but simply a desire to focus our energy on our current and future projects, the update states.
According to the publication, The Rook, opened in 2023, no longer sitting in the company’s plans.
In early October, new restaurateurs will start in the same premises.
Restaurants Bardot ‘, Bouchon Carême, Gina and Brasserie Lionne will continue to operate.
