The German handball champion SC Magdeburg said goodbye to the World Cup break with a home win. There was a very narrow success against Frisch Auf Göppingen, the SCM won 33:29 (15:12).
The best throwers in the Magdeburg Arena, which was sold out with 6,600 spectators, were Omar Ingi Magnusson with seven goals for SCM and Josip Sarac with ten goals for the guests from Swabia. “What the boys did in 2022 is unbelievable”praised Wiegert on the Sky microphone. “It takes some time to gather strength and reflect. Magdeburg moves away quickly
