Bielefeld (dpa) – Former Bayern professional Dietmar Hamann can imagine Martin Demichelis as the new coach at Arminia Bielefeld “very well”. That’s what Hamann said on Sky.
According to information from the TV station, the 41-year-old Argentinian Demichelis should be at the top of the list of coaches for East Westphalia.
Demichelis is currently still training the second team of FC Bayern Munich. As a professional, he won a number of titles with River Plate, Bayern Munich and Manchester City before becoming a coach in 2017. Bielefeld recently parted ways with promotion coach Frank Kramer, and goalkeeper coach Marco Kostmann took over.
Arminia are expecting RB Leipzig in their probably last Bundesliga game for the time being, but only have theoretical chances of staying up in the league.
