For a year and a half, Andreas Linde was the number one goalkeeper at SpVgg Greuther Fürth, but this season he was replaced by Cologne loanee Jonas Urbig. Six months before the end of the contract, a move to his native Sweden is looming.
According to the newspaper “expressesBK Häcken is in talks with the German second division club about a transfer this winter. The 30-year-old keeper is expected to compete with 35-year-old Peter Abrahamsson in third place in the Allsvenskan season. The season starts in Sweden on March 31st.
Fürth could receive a small fee for Linde, who played an international match in 2017, but would have to add more in goal in the event of a transfer. In addition to Urbig, the only one available is 25-year-old Leon Schaffran, who has only made six professional appearances in his career.
