One of the people who recently made a lawsuit against Sean Combs for sexual abuse or similar crimes also mentioned celebrities such as Jay-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron James and also Gloria Estefan. According to the court documents, these are said to have visited one of Combs’ “Freak Off” parties in Miami. The plaintiff claims to be sexually harassed, raped and humiliated at this event. Furthermore, he is said to have been smuggled through a secret tunnel between the Combs and Estefan houses.
On May 8, Estefan now explained to “TMZ” that the man was “not quite right in the head” behind the lawsuit. According to the 67-year-old, the allegations are invented. She also claimed that she never organized parties in her house and described Diddy as a “friendly neighbor” who spent a lot of time with his mother.
Numerous complaints claim the opposite
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been on trial since May 6th because of a number of serious allegations. Since his arrest in September 2024, the 55-year-old has been in custody in Brooklyn. He threatens 15 years to life imprisonment. The process revolves around the accusation that Combs is said to have forced at least four women, including his ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura. Ventura, who is considered the central witness, will testify in the course of the process. Her lawsuit from 2023 was the trigger for a series of similar allegations against Combs, which were also formulated in civil lawsuits.
Combs decidedly contested all accusations and does not guilty. His lawyers argue that all sexual encounters, such as those at the “Freak Off” celebrations, were mutually acceptable and that the rapper had only maintained an unconventional lifestyle that was misunderstood.
