Casinelli said in court that the lungs of Maradona had accumulated fluid for at least ten days before her death.
According to the forensic doctor, the heart of Maradona pressed “at least twice as much” than normal, which is why Maradona had to experience pain for at least 12 hours before death.
The heart attack and pulmonary dealerships took the 60-year-old Maradon’s spirit in November 2020. The football star had been recovering from his home surgery to remove a blood clot from his brain.
According to Casinell, doctors and nurses should have noticed the condition of the Maradona before their death.
Maradona’s death is dealt with in a case of seven people accused of being involved in star death. The accused belonged to the Maradona Nursing Team. If they are found guilty, they are threatened by an 8-25 year imprisonment.
More than 120 witnesses are expected to proceed with legal proceedings. Casinelli, who issued his certificate on Thursday, was one of the legal physicians who participated in the autopsy of Maradona.
