The demonstration came in response to recent revelations from the German research medium Correctiv. Correctiv reported that members of the AfD, neo-Nazis and entrepreneurs had gathered in November in Potsdam, a city near Berlin, to plot to expel foreigners or people of foreign origin from Germany.
There is no place for fascists and their supporters in Hamburg, declared Jusos Hamburg North, the group that initiated the demonstration.
