In Germany, a fuss has arisen around the imprisonment of a neo -Nazi, for a remarkable reason. The extreme right -wing activist, then Sven Liebich, was sentenced in 2023 to 18 months in prison for incitement to hatred, insulting and defamation. Through the new German self-determination law, Sven is now Marla-Svenja Liebich, and the Trans woman now has to serve her punishment in a women’s prison. German media do not believe that the transition from Liebich can be taken seriously.
