Swedish star Frida Karlsson On Sunday, he dived into the traditional propagation of the Trondheim World Championships 10+10 kilometers.
A very powerful traditional skier was less than 10 seconds from the bow. After the race, the Swede complained that the traditional ski equipment failed.
Where Karlsson was disappointed, the Norwegians sighed. Therese Johaug, Heidi Weng and Astrid Slind They praised how well the equipment worked, especially for the traditional.
It is noteworthy that all the above athletes and Sunday’s world champion Ebba Andersson belong to the Fischer ski stable.
The Norwegians had to have the Austrian brand’s new Speedmax collection in the traditional section, but the Swedes skied on the black laminate ski at the end of the last decade.
– The new ski is not unambiguously better than the old one. For example Johannes Klæbo Skiing on a black -covered ski. When tested, the best is taken, says Iltalehti’s ski expert Reijo Jylhä.
– Very few tests had been done under the condition of the salted snow. It is easier to choose a ski that is known to work, the expert adds.

Experienced Finnish skier Katri Lylynperä belongs to Fischer’s stable. He competed on Sunday with a traditional share of Speedmax.
– In my tests, the new skis were better than the old ones. The Swedes have apparently found their own mussels in older tools. There are good series, Lylynperä comments.
“Special scenes like Sunday are such that a certain ski is dug into the race for about three years or just in the value race,” says Sastamala.
It is assumed that Karlsson’s competition, which was one of the pre -favorites of the competition, went to a plörin due to an anointing or a hand pattern.
Karlsson, who had a free -ranked rising, was fourth in the event.
