Frendit series actor Matthew Perry, 53, is said to be bitter towards another actor who benefited from his career.

In Perry’s opinion, Deathpool actor Ryan Reynolds copied his Chandler Bing role, and in this way created his own successful career at Perry’s expense. One that Perry himself didn’t get.

The actor’s close circle tells OK magazine that Perry is annoyed by the fact that Reynolds has never admitted that he used Chandler’s portrayal of the character to get his career off the ground.

The Reynolds role in question is from the 1998 series Two guys, a girl and a pizza placein which he played a character named Berg.

– Matthew has kept this thing to himself all these 25 years. It bothers him that Ryan has never mentioned him anywhere, comments from the close circle.

Perry hopes that Ryan Reynolds will admit that he is one of the influential factors in his successful career. Allison Dinner

The actor, who suffered from drug addictions, does not feel that he should have had Reynolds’ career, even though he used Perry’s methods. He would like a mention and possibly an apology as well.

According to the insider, Perry is aware that he ruined his career after the Frendit series by using drugs, which also took his life. Even so, he feels that Reynolds took away his sequel role in the late 90s.

The reason why the actor doesn’t talk about it himself is, according to those close to him, that Perry made a mistake in November 2022 when he harshly criticized top actor Keanu Reeves. He doesn’t want to be the subject of similar criticism and doesn’t want to have a public spat with another actor.

Anyway, the actor has withdrawn from the public as much as possible.
