Francesca Secondari will assume the role of Group General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer

Prada appoints Francesca Secondari as general counsel and chief legal officer. Secondari has been in her new role since May, the Italian luxury fashion house announced on Friday. Specifically, Secondari is responsible for the areas of legal management, corporate affairs and group compliance.

Secondari completed her training at the Bonelli Erede law firm. She has been a partner there since 2019 and was also responsible for business development in Africa and the Middle East. Throughout her career, she has also worked in the luxury sector, where she acquired an extensive knowledge of the sector and the different markets.

In addition to her law studies at the University of Perugia, she has an Executive MBA from the American University of Cairo.

The Prada Group includes the brands Prada, Miu Miu, Church’s, Car Shoe, Marchesi 1824 and Luna Rossa. The clothing, leather goods and footwear collections designed, manufactured and distributed by the group are available in over 70 countries.
