Oliver Goethe continues to play a supporting role in Formula 2.
A week after his good appearance in Imola, the German-Danish young racing driver at the Sprint of Monaco missed the points, after a turbulent race and a ten-second penalty, the MP Motorsport Pilot ranked twelfth.
The racing commissioners had punished a tough overtaking maneuver of Goethe.
The victory on Saturday went to the Indian Dams driver Kush Maini, the Englishman Luke Browning (Hitech) moved to one point to total leader Alex Dunne (Rodin) through his third place. In his first full Formula 2 season, Goethe has so far collected points in two races.
The main race of Formula 2 will take place in Monaco on Sunday (9:40 a.m.), together with the premier class the youngsters move on to Barcelona.
