Formula 1, the odds of the Hungarian GP: Lando Norris still protagonist?

The British McLaren driver, who already finished second at Silverstone in the British GP, still challenges Verstappen and Perez to finish in the top three drivers in the race

Everything is ready for the twelfth round of the Formula 1 World Championship, the Hungarian Grand Prix scheduled for Sunday, with the British driver Lando Norris already warming up the engines of his McLaren to challenge the domination of Red Bull with his colleagues and get back on the podium.

FORMULA 1: NORRIS ON THE LAUNCHING RAMP

Taking advantage of the changes made to his McLaren, Lando Norris has already placed second in the last British GP proving to be a very competitive driver as well as reliable. But it is precisely the power of his car that places him among the protagonists of the Budapest race scheduled for Sunday 23 July. And Norris’s talent has not escaped the experts, who have placed his share of placings (i.e. on the podium) between 3-4: in particular for Planetwin365 it is worth 3.30, for Snai 3.50 and for Sisal, precisely, 4.00. Considering Verstappen unattainable for everyone, as demonstrated by his successes during the season (we are at six in a row), McLaren challenges the Mercedes, the Ferraris and the Aston Martins to get on the podium again like 15 days ago.

MCLAREN BEHIND THE RED BULLS

According to the bookmakers, even if many are waiting for the first tests to define their odds, there are many possibilities that McLaren can get on the podium with Lando Norris or with Oscar Piastri, a talented youngster: for Snai the odds are worth 1.85 while for Sisal it rises to 2.00 but clearly the assessments could change depending on the free practice sessions and pole qualifying. For Ferrari, therefore, another competitor, on a par with Aston Martin and Mercedes, to become the anti-Red Bull over time.
