Formula 1 is guesting for the seventh race of the current season in Imola (16 to May 18). RTL shows the qualifying and the Grand Prix from the Emilia-Romagna live and free of charge on free TV. “Salve”: Italy calls Formula 1 into the beautiful Emilia-Romagna! From 16 to May 18, 2025, the seventh Grand Prix weekend will take place in Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari. RTL shows that Qualifying on Saturday from 3:30 p.m. and that Run Live in the Sunday from 2 p.m. Free TV. Also on RTL+* there is a hunt and the Grand Prix to see in the stream.
The big question before the Imola GP: Does Oscar Piatri continue to show itself so concentrated and strong? The McLaren pilot has recently taken another step towards the title in Miami and will want to expand its lead.
Piatri can still be dangerous: internally there is competition from Teammate Lando Norris. The reigning world champion Max Verstappen is still in sight. Last but not least, Mercedes man George Russell also pays off opportunities.
Just as exciting: How is it for Ferrari and especially Lewis Hamilton, who is again serious in the United States in the SCUDERIA’s racing car.
While Formula 1 fans mostly had to stay awake in Miami at the last race weekend in order to pursue the sessions, the early days in Imola are more moderate from a European perspective:
