Perez added: “I have no hurry. This year I will no longer drive in Formula 1. We will see what it will look like in the next few years.”

The experienced driver has already made a decision for himself: “I don’t want to travel around the world as a third driver and wait for my chance.” Valtteri Bottas, for example, had decided quite differently, who, after his end, accepted a post as a reserve driver at Mercedes.
