Sinkeldam, born in Zaandam, is now quite adept at making delicious coffee. That hobby started in 2017. “Then my teammate Michael Matthews won the green jersey in the Tour de France. As a thank you for that, he gave all the riders in the team an espresso machine as a gift,” says Sinkeldam.
