Sports Managing Director Matthias Heidrich said Bornschein said the diagnosis with version: “His fight started immediately, we all give him conceivable support.”
The player himself also commented on the club about his state of health. Such a message is initially “extremely difficult” for the head, says Bornschein. But with the help of his family and friends, he was confident that he can completely overcome the disease. Patience, mental strength and positive energy are now required, he emphasized.
