“Bosz is right about the opposition in the Premier League. Away at Heracles used to be more difficult. Stiffer,” Gouka responds to the 0-6 in Almelo. “You can expect teams from the Premier League to make it a little more difficult for the top clubs.”
Feyenoord won 1-2 in Waalwijk. Just like PSV against ten men, but it was more difficult. “Feyenoord has to kill these kinds of matches much faster, like PSV did. Only if you have 35 goals after eleven games, that is not bad at all. But Feyenoord’s effectiveness can be improved.”
The Premier League also has new number 18: Vitesse. “Phillip Cocu is actually much too good for Vitesse,” says Gouka. “You can hope they don’t fire him.”
