Tolga Özkalfa, deputy president responsible for VAR in the Central Referee Board (MHK) of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) and member of the professional competition executive committee, resigned from his position.
In the statement made by TFF, they thanked Tolga Özkalfa, who resigned from his post, for his services and said, “Cem Satman was appointed as the MHK member responsible for VAR, instead of Tolga Özkalfa, who resigned from his post. We wish Cem Satman success in his new position.” he said.
Cem Satman, who was previously a Super League and FIFA assistant referee, is also part of the team of UEFA Fitness Director Werner Helsen, who works within the TFF.
