The police arrested five young men in the Dorpsstraat of Oisterwijk on Sunday evening. The men are suspected of several (shop) thefts earlier in the afternoon in Tilburg.
Attentive camera operators saw the five suspects walking in Oisterwijk and raised the alarm. The five men matched the description that witnesses had previously provided.
Officers handcuffed the men and searched them. The five were then transferred to the detention complex in Tilburg. The police are investigating the case and taking reports from victims.
