In the field hospital in Kirikhan, which our country sent to Turkey after the severe earthquakes, five babies have been born in recent weeks. Minister of Health Frank Vandenbroucke (Vooruit) reports this on Friday. The minister also says that Turkey will take control of the field hospital in the course of next week. After all, there are again enough Turkish doctors and nurses available. However, the handover will be gradual until the existing hospital in Kirikhan is once again fully operational.
