Lius founded Cafe Grillius in 2015. In 2021 it was selected as the best barbecue in Finland in Iltalehti’s public vote.

Iltalehti has seen documents about the Vaasa Court of Appeal and the Ostrobothnian District Court to open up the reasons why the company has not entered the debt restructuring.
They show that the tax administration opposed the debt restructuring due to tax debts and tax payments. According to the documents, the company has not been able to comply with payment programs made for overdue debts.
It is clear from the papers that insolvency was not considered temporary. The Tax Administration’s opinion also focused on the fact that, despite the possibility of a company’s profit, the payment of debts has been significantly neglected for several years.
As a result, the Ostrobothnian District Court was in favor that Lius’s company was not suitable for debt restructuring. The Vaasa Court of Appeal investigated the criteria for granting a further processing permit, but there was no reason to grant the permit.
