How were the beginnings of your entrepreneurship?

FINCAS El Paraíso was born from the dream of creating a production system that was respectful of the environment and capable of offering healthy foods, rich in nutrients and chemical -free. This approach allowed us to become pioneers in the region, betting from the beginning for organic certification and agroecology as fundamental pillars of our activity.

WhatAre you the services they provide to the public?

We produce and market ORGtoNicas high quality, obtained through a stone grinding process that preserves the essential nutrients of the grain. We also have a line of dried pasta, sunflower oil and bakeries. In addition, we offer advice to those interested in adopting more sustainable practices in food cultivation and production.

Whatand projects ahead?

In the medium term, our goal is to continue growing sustainably, expanding our distribution network and strengthening the link with our conscious consumer community. We also plan to incorporate technology that enhances our processes without losing the artisanal essence that characterizes us.

WhatAre your differentials in the field?

What really distinguishes us is ours commitment to sustainability and quality. Each step of the process is designed to minimize the environmental impact and guarantee a final product that respects both the Earth and those who consume it. In addition, our stone grinding allows us to offer flours with unique nutritional taste and value.

If they started again, whatand would they make different?

If we had to start again, we would devote more time to communicate from the beginning the importance of consuming organic and sustainable products. We believe that generating awareness and educating is as valuable as producing quality food.
