Finally blasting yourself again after 2 years, or time for a fireworks ban? Give your opinion!

For two years, corona threw a spanner in the works of fireworks enthusiasts, but also fireworks sellers. Opponents undoubtedly thought it was a good time to stop completely. But this year everything is almost back to normal, so we are curious about your opinion, stories and experiences.

That is why we are once again conducting a fireworks survey among our NH News panel. Last year, a majority still indicated to be in favor of a complete ban. On the other hand, there is also a group that just wants to stand out, especially now that it was not possible for two new years.

Yet there are also places where cutting off is prohibited. In any case, Amsterdam, Bloemendaal, Heemstede and Haarlem have independently instituted a ban. You can still buy there. “Laughable”, according to some fireworks sellers, who state that it cannot be enforced.
