Combat aircraft from the Air Force’s Air Combat Command will practice in the dark over Drenthe, Friesland, Overijssel and Brabant in the coming weeks.
Flights operate from Monday to Thursday until 10:30 PM at the latest. On Fridays there are only flights during the day.
The actual deployment of Dutch combat aircraft often takes place in the dark. That is why, according to the Air Force, it is also necessary to practice in darkness.
