FC Bayern: Real Madrid asks about Alphonso Davies

Most recently, Alphonso Davies’ planned extension at Bayern stalled. According to a report, Real Madrid want to capitalize on this.

Alphonso Davies’ current working paper expires on June 30, 2025. If FC Bayern have their way, the Canadian will stay with the record champions for much longer. However, no agreement has been reached so far.

According to information from the Spanish sports newspaper “Marca”, Real Madrid is therefore on the scene. Royal decision-makers are said to have recently contacted their colleagues in Munich to explore Davies’ willingness to move.

According to reports, the Real representatives received “no clear no” as an answer. However, transfer expert Florian Plettenberg from “Sky” contradicted this representation.

Davies’ adviser Nedal Househ recently fueled speculation that his client would soon be leaving Säbener Strasse.

“It’s a chaotic time at FC Bayern at the moment. I’m not sure what’s going on and who we’ll be dealing with,” he was quoted as saying by “Bild”.

Real should have Davies on the list for a long time. The Spaniards were said to have been to the Allianz Arena twice to observe the 22-year-old. The Madrilenians have an urgent need for action on the left side of defence.

FC Bayern still Davies’ first point of contact?

David Alaba could possibly tip the scales. The Austrian knows Davies from their times together at Bayern Munich. Between 2019 and 2021 they formed an important part of the Munich back four.

Alaba is said to have drummed for Davies several times at Real. Whether he can convince his pal of a new adventure in La Liga remains to be seen. So far, FCB has been the first point of contact for World Cup participants.
