The German record champions are said to be interested in a top performer from the Bundesliga. He was asked about this at a DFB press conference – and gave a clear answer.
National player Nathaniel Brown has not confirmed an agreement with German soccer record champions Bayern Munich. “I’m fully concentrating on the World Cup. That’s why I won’t comment on it,” said Brown in a media round on Thursday in Chicago and did not let himself be dissuaded from his line when asked: “I’m taking care of the World Cup.”
However, a change could fail because of the transfer fee: Eintracht, where Brown has a contract until 2030, is said to demand 60 million euros. The Hessians signed the Upper Palatinate native from 1. FC Nürnberg for three million euros in January 2024, but he was still playing out the current season with the Franconians at the time.
Bayern are looking for an additional full-back for the coming season. There is also interest in US international Sergino Dest from PSV Eindhoven, whose fixed transfer fee is said to be 25 million euros.
