Eberl: “This season, young players such as those who have been at the club World Cup will regularly train with the first team.”
Who else said: crucial on the pitch?
Today is crucial in training. (Without being able to play right (on the pitch))
I say once: Without a stubborn van Gaal (+Gerland), the careers of Müller and Alaba would not have existed.
The Bayern leadership would have already known that to prevent this in its very special way.
You also aim to ensure that Bayern is an association that would not promote young people or young players. Is of course a popular narrative, where you like to only cite the players as examples, to which this is true, regardless of whether they are already ready to be able to be encouraged, because one thing should be clear to everyone that the quality of Bavaria’s squad is very high every year, which is generally difficult for talent to gain a foothold there, because Bavaria is under permanent pressure to succeed, because not only any game is expected as possible, so that it is not only possible, so that Bavaria is expected, But also in a convincing way, with a considerable offensive football, but a lot is also expected internationally. A quarter -finals of the CL is a failure, so you often hear it from other fan bearings.
In addition, the players who have received the chance over the years and were able to use them are strangely mentioned, because one should not forget, precisely because the level at Bavaria is so high that other demands on talents are placed. They get their chance daily in training, preparation and the associated games, are often loaned and have the chance to prove themselves to show the Bavarian and there to the coaching team that they are ready to play a role in the Bayern squad.
If you take all of this into account and sometimes look at what it looks like with the national competition, i.e. which and how many players come from their own offspring or have been committed and promoted, then it quickly realizes that everything else looks better, or where are the cadres of Leverkusen, Dortmund, Leipzig or Frankfurt, the young players who have been committed to the young area and were encouraged there. And now are an integral part of the squad?
Bavaria:
– Davies, Jung obliged, received an opportunity and further promoted
– Stanisic, from your own offspring, chance, get games, then loaned and now an integral part of the squad
– Pavlovic, from his own offspring, get chance, get games and have become an integral part of the squad
– Kimmich, as a young player from the second division RB Leipzig (via VfB), received an opportunity and can assert themselves in several positions and thus receive many games and have always been encouraged
– Musiala, committed to the youngsters as a 16 -year -old, but quickly received opportunities and were promoted as follows
– Wanner, his own offspring, get a limited opportunities (some games), then awarded two years and now probably with the chance of playing time or at least to a squad square (due to the failure of Musiala)
– Coman, as a young player came from Juve, received opportunities and further promoted
– Karl, his own offspring, who was already in training regularly as a 16-year-old and now also had with the club World Cup and had the first assignment there, should probably get chance as a backup for Olise, in short and medium term
These are now only the players who are currently in the squad. So there are not all the young players who received more or less chances at Bayern, but did not quite make it, but sometimes became good professionals like Tillman, Zirkzee, C. Richards, Can, Stiller (Flick was the brake, which is why a dantas was signed).
Certainly, this did not run well with Bavaria, as with the Stiller mentioned or at a Kenan Yildiz. Maybe one or the other player would have deserved more chances, but you should never forget that the professional business is not a one -way street, so that you have to assert yourself against many good players at a club like Bavaria. The talents have to show a good level so that they can preserve the preference in front of established players. That was once different under the LVG addressed, because the squad consisted of players such as Rensing, Kraft, Lell, Ottl, Pranjic, Braafheid, Oddo or Altintop.
You just shouldn’t forget that and have to incorporate the changed squad strength into the formation of opinion.
Now you can, or gladly also someone else, first list players of the national competition who come from the offspring or have been committed and promoted very young. Then you can take a comparison of how well or bad Bavaria stands there. You can see whether the popular narrative of the poorly promoting Bavarians is really right, or whether this may not be true and is even better promoted in comparison there than with the competition, although they are actually praised more often or not criticized as Bavaria, although the worse squads and therefore young players should be easier.
I have the feeling and the assumption that there are very, many users/fans and the Bavarians have put in a drawer without even checking whether what you think or thinks is also true.
Weeks ago I saw a list and there you could see that Bavaria even gave the most young players to professionals at some distance, i.e. received a professional contract from Bavaria or elsewhere. That is something that not everyone has on the screen. It is simply expected and logical that the very few most do it with Bayern. If you then still know how few players make it to a professional from the professional clubs every year, it will be more important, so that you can say that the campus of Bayern pays off, because this primarily includes making as many players as possible into professionals and if they do not prevail in Bavaria, financial capital, because football is now simply a business and you want to get investment in the case.
So I’m curious to see whether you or someone else has a comparison and whether the claim, the ubiquitous narrative, the poorly encouraging Bavaria corresponds to the truth, or not.
At Aznou it is the case that he certainly has talent, but his strengths are more on the offensive and therefore more of a rail player instead of LV, who also has some deficits, especially defensive and in the physical area. In addition, he was not really able to convince in his loan, but showed some solid achievements, but they were not sufficient to play a role in Bavaria, in their tactically demanding system, especially since he shouldn’t be an easy type, who seems to be someone who already sees himself further than it is actually. If you have seen him at one time or another, you got the impression too often that he is even more youth players as a professional player, especially compared to the seasoned professionals, which is not bad, because, as I said, he has talent, undisputed, but obviously no patience.
