After the extension by 2028 last month, FC Augsburg lends full -back Henri Koudossou (25) to the 1. FC Nürnberg for one season. The deal does not include a purchase option.
For Koudossou, the FCA was the first Bundesliga season in 2024/25, in which he completed 21 missions. Previously he was awarded twice: in 2022/23 he made six games for Austria Lustenau in the Austrian Oberhaus, in 2023/24 there were 37 league and cup games for the Dutch second division club Ado den Haag. In 2020 he had initially joined the second team of the Augsburg team.
“Henri developed well with us last year. He has now expressed the desire to take the chance in Nuremberg to play there regularly. We then searched for a solution. We support this step completely and look forward to continuously accompanying its development,” said sports director Benjamin Weber.
Koudossou added: “For me, the loan to Nuremberg is an ideal option for me. It is crucial for my personal development to be used regularly. My thanks go to the responsible steps.
