Under a lot of attention, the Zoute Grand Prix Car Week – for the first time a five -day – rolls out its red carpet for the world’s most breathtaking cars. An aperitif can never hurt and so we visit Thierry Dehaeck (71) in Ypres, perhaps Flanders’ most passionate vintage carpenter. He proudly shows us his beautiful collection. “Once I was stupid … I bought a Rolls from Calvin Klein and couldn’t prove it.”
