Former US President Barack Obama claims to have been infected with the corona virus. He has had a scratchy throat for “a few days” but is otherwise feeling well, Obama wrote on Twitter on Sunday.
A corona test was positive for him. “Michelle and I are grateful that we were vaccinated and had the booster shot and her test came back negative,” Obama wrote, referring to his wife.
“It is a reminder to get vaccinated if you haven’t already – even if the number of cases is falling,” said the US Democrat.
