Marco Reus returns to the BVB pitch as an expert at DAZN. How the streaming service plans its involvement on the sidelines.
Marco Reus returns to the sidelines – not in the jersey, but with the microphone. The former BVB professional will be a co-expert for the DAZN streaming service at the Champions League game between Borussia Dortmund and FK Bodö/Glimt. As the provider announced, Reus will give his assessments on Wednesday evening both before kick-off and in the follow-up report.
The broadcast of the sixth preliminary round game in the premier class begins at 8:15 p.m., kick-off takes place at 9 p.m. (in the live ticker on t-online). According to DAZN, it is currently unclear whether Reus will be in front of the camera more often as an expert in the future.
From 2012 to 2024, Reus wore the Borussia Dortmund jersey, with the club he won the DFB Cup twice – in 2017 and 2021. The 36-year-old has been under contract with Los Angeles Galaxy since August 2024. With the team he finished 14th in the MLS Western Conference last season and missed the playoffs.
