Last season Randal Kolo Muani was awarded to Juventus Turin – and consistently delivered there. At PSG, the trainer does not plan with him.
Randal Kolo Muani is currently experiencing a low-sport point at Paris Saint-Germain. After his loan to Juventus Turin, the former attacker of Eintracht Frankfurt is back in the French capital – but not in the squad of the first team.
As the French daily newspaper “Le Parisien” reports, coach Luis Enrique put the 26-year-old into the youth department for the upcoming season preparation. In addition to Kolo Muani, Milan Škriniar, Marco Asensio, Carlos Soler and Nordi Mukiele are also affected. For all of them, there is obviously no more space in the professional squad.
Kolo Muani had convinced in Italy. He scored ten goals in 22 games for Juventus – a balance sheet with which he was able to build on previous achievements. No wonder that the Italian record champion would like to keep him. Those responsible from Turin strive for a new loan with a subsequent purchase option. Several offers are said to have already been received by PSG – but so far without success. The French club rejects.
A sale currently seems to fail due to PSG’s financial claims. Between 50 and 60 million euros are available. According to media reports, Juventus cannot pay this sum. As a precaution, the association has already signed another attacker: Jonathan David came free of charge from OSC Lille.
In addition to Juventus, the Premier League is also interested in Kolo Muani. Chelsea, Tottenham and Newcastle United are named as possible customers. So far, however, there are no concrete offers. The national player still has a contract in Paris until 2028. He switched from Eintracht Frankfurt to PSG in 2023 for 95 million euros.
