Ex-Bayern star Lucas Hernández shows intimate recordings of the birth of his daughter. The football professional also wants to attack sport after difficult months.
Lucas Hernández has released a very personal video on Instagram: The French international and defender of Paris Saint-Germain documents the birth of his daughter Lua Victoria-from the way to the hospital to the first seconds after childbirth. The video appeared exactly a month after the birth on June 25 and caused a stir among its 2.2 million followers.
Hernández with his wife Victoria Triay can be seen in the clip – she is a model and reaches 1.8 million followers on Instagram herself. The couple shows scenes full of emotions: the trip to the hospital, preparations in the delivery room, the first tears after birth, the moment of getting to know each other.
The 29-year-old and his 36-year-old partner have already made private milestones public in the past. The marriage proposal two years ago was also shared in a long video about the social networks.
Hernández lived through a difficult phase recently: after four years at Bayern Munich (2019–2023), he switched to Paris Saint-Germain, but the first two seasons were bumpy there. In the 2024/25 season, he missed the entire first half of the season for a cruciate ligament tear that he had contracted in the Champions League semi-final against Borussia Dortmund.
Most recently, the defender of PSG coach Luis Enrique was gradually integrated into the team. Now Hernández wants to get back his regular place for the new season – with a tailwind from the family happiness.
