Eva Jansen in de Wal takes over management of the Breuningerland Ludwigsburg shopping center

The Breuningerland Ludwigsburg shopping center has a new boss. On Tuesday, the operating company Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) announced the appointment of Eva Jansen in de Wal as the new center manager. She succeeded Nadia Seniuta, who, according to the company, will move to Berlin and “will be responsible for the management and further development of the Neukölln Arcaden for URW in the future”.

Jansen in de Wal has “more than 12 years of professional experience in managerial positions in the retail and shopping center sector,” according to a statement. Before moving to Ludwigsburg, she was already in charge of the Haus der Mode (HdM) order center in Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main and the Loop5 shopping center in Weiterstadt as center manager.

“I am very much looking forward to the task of being responsible for Breuningerland Ludwigsburg, which has been a strong anchor for the region for over 50 years,” explained Jansen in de Wal in a statement. “That’s why, on the one hand, I want to maintain traditions and at the same time provide new impulses when it comes to innovations and the further development of the shopping center.”
